Mulganic is committed to delivering a considered, premium experience. This policy outlines your rights and our approach to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Order Cancellation (UK Distance Selling)

If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within:

14 days of receiving your item

You then have a further:

14 days to return the item

2. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, returns are only accepted where:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • The product seal (if applicable) is intact
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You contact us within the 14-day cancellation window

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Where applicable, we will also refund standard delivery costs in line with UK consumer law.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened skincare or body products
  • Used items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned outside the eligible period

This does not apply to faulty or misdescribed goods.

6. Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

8. Pop-Up & In-Person Purchases

For products purchased at events or pop-ups:

We do not offer returns for change of mind
Faulty items will be handled in accordance with your legal rights
