Mulganic delivers a considered, premium experience from order to arrival. This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

All orders are prepared with care and typically processed within:

1–3 working days

During launch periods, promotions, or high demand, processing times may extend slightly. Customers will be notified where delays are material.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

2. Shipping Options (United Kingdom)

Shipping options are presented at checkout. Typical structure:

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
Free Delivery: Available but Mulganic Ltd reserves the right to adjust threshold according to business needs.

Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery speed selected
Order value
Delivery location

Any free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Ensuring safe access for delivery

Mulganic is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Courier disruptions outside our control
Failed delivery attempts

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, a redelivery fee may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue

We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

Check with neighbours or safe places
Contact the courier

8. International Shipping

Mulganic currently focuses on UK fulfilment.

For future international orders (including Saudi Arabia and GCC):

Delivery times will vary by destination
Customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
Mulganic is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
